Thank you to Amy, Belinda and Tania for getting our float organised for the parade, you all did a fantastic job!
We’re enjoying the busy start to 2012. We’ve recently been exploring areas of Bush Creek & Arrow River and are developing longer outings in these areas with our Explorers programme which will provide opportunities for children to build relationships with people, places and things within the context of this natural environment. Thanks to all of the families who attended our parent meeting last term where we presented our ideas and an insight into how this programme will run.
We’ve all had a busy and inspiring term with lots of professional development opportunities including Behaviour Guidance in Dunedin and the Childspace ‘Teach Peace’ 2011 Conference in Wellington. It’s fantastic to be supported to attend such valuable Professional Development opportunities to continue as a community of learners and provide the best education and care we can for children.
